“Stitch House” reception

Next Saturday, March 26, I’ll be helping host a reception at one of the new living units in the “Stitch House”.  There are three units, and they are all full of art by local artists.  The project is one of the first alley developments in Sacramento’s midtown and is well worth a look!  Very urban and beautifully appointed.  I’ll be there from 6-8pm.  It fronts on the alley between L and M (Capitol) Streets and 17th and 18th Streets – right across from Old Souls Coffee.  In fact, it’s looking like my art will be on the walls of Old Souls starting in June.  More on that later…..

I’ve been very fortunate to have my work displayed in several different venues over the past months.  But some of that work is coming back to my studio….  That means my studio is a MESS!  Luckily, I’m able to use the main walls of the upstairs gallery for this month, but that’s just a temporary solution.   I need to find my work new homes!  So this would be a really good time to pay my studio and the Art Foundry Gallery a visit!!!  I’ll be there on Second Saturday, March 12, from 6-9pm.  1021 R Street, Second Floor, Sacramento.  Or make an appointment.
